The renovation in Saint Yon’s Hall is progressing according to plan and is on track to be ready for students to move in this fall.

New plumbing has been installed, electricians are working on the wiring, and several interior walls have been removed to create larger living spaces.

A broad range of living arrangements will be available, including singles, doubles and apartments. Each apartment contains a kitchen and private bathroom, while the single rooms each have a private bathroom and share a kitchen and lounge space. The hall will be air conditioned and will also include a cardio room, chapel, computer lab and lounge spaces.

Saint Yon’s has space for 46 students and will be available during this coming spring registration for juniors and seniors.
